In my 10+ years in the creative field, I’ve written about food, fashion, cars, dogs, sports, alcohol, finance (401Ks, Roth IRAs and how to buy gold), every CPG product imaginable, and of course, water landscaping features (consider sunken gardens with cascading streams, please avoid birdbaths).

My creative approach is to blend humor and thought in a way that provides real value for people in their daily lives. I’m a curious person and enjoy learning about people and what they’re passionate about, then translating that into interesting and impactful stories/videos/ads/social posts.

I currently work for an ad agency as a creative/digital strategist hybrid, where I’ve been a copywriter for ALDI and Grey Goose and provided strategic digital/social media consulting for Jeep and Dodge.

Outside of that, I write regularly about life observations (like if my dog is Rick James), for my personal blog Besides the Weather and discuss fashion at Larry in Burberry - a fashion blog and Instagram account developed in the streets of Florence because my wife had shopping recommendations and travel advice from Damsel in Dior and I had shopping recommendations and travel advice from no one.

Writing and working on creative projects is what I do for a job and what I do in my free time. I created this portfolio in the hopes of collaborating on more impactful projects with interesting people in the future.
